IT Helper - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Aid in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT support requests and answering questions regarding computer systems.
• Help with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling.
• Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
• Aid in the onboarding process by setting up new user accounts and configuring workstations.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Document technical procedures and create user guides as needed.
• Adhere and support in Safety and Food Safety infrastructure, processes, and protocols as assigned.
• Apply and obtain a SIDA/Airport badge within 3 months of hired date and keep Badge valid.
• Support special IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
