Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support through chat, email, and support tickets
• Troubleshoot account, browser, device, login, and product issues
• Reproduce reported problems and collect relevant technical details
• Guide users through clear, step-by-step solutions
• Escalate confirmed bugs and complex issues to engineering teams
• Document resolutions and maintain internal knowledge-base articles
• Track recurring technical issues and identify improvement opportunities
• Follow security, privacy, and data-handling procedures

Requirements

• Diploma, degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related area
• Understanding of operating systems, browsers, networks, and common software issues
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous help desk, technical support, or customer service experience
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, or CRM platforms
• Basic knowledge of APIs, logs, browser developer tools, or SQL
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support
• Interest in AI products and startup environments
