About the role
The IT Coordinator supports the day-to-day technology needs of TLM's growing Seattle team. This role oversees IT asset management, system administration, and provisioning, ensuring smooth operation of office technology for engineering and corporate teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including laptop provisioning, deployment, tracking, and retirement across the organization
- Support day-to-day system administration, including user account provisioning and access management
- Aid in cybersecurity practices such as endpoint protection, security hygiene, and compliance support
- Build and maintain workflow automations and IT documentation to support a growing organization
- Troubleshoot internet, hardware, and software issues for the Seattle office
- Prioritize networking needs and escalations with the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager
- Adapt to changing priorities and support team and operational needs as they evolve
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role
- Familiarity with laptop and hardware provisioning and IT asset management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection and access management
- Experience with system administration and user provisioning tools
- Exposure to workflow or automation tools such as Slack Workflows or SharePoint automations is a plus
- Comfortable troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware issues in an office setting
- Ability to work in-office four days per week in Seattle

- Detail-oriented IT generalist with hands-on troubleshooting and support skills
- Naturally organized and able to manage multiple systems and requests at once
- Able to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for non-technical colleagues
- Energized by being in the office and building in-person relationships with the team

Pay
The expected starting annual base salary for this position is $95,000 to $105,000 USD. The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
Schedule
This role is based in our Seattle office and requires in-office presence four days per week.
