About the role
The main purpose of this job is to collaborate with business and technology teams creating appropriate deliverables, such as use cases, user scenarios, data flows, user stories, etc to ensure customer need is clearly defined and the IT solution can be executed well.
Responsibilities
- Aid in building Agile User Stories for Scrum
- Create and manage backlog refinement efforts
- Assist with gathering data, assessing business and user needs, scheduling, and facilitating meetings to establish quality project requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic understanding of the Agile methodology
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with variety of technical and non-technical roles
- Read and create high-level diagrams, UX flows, and associated artifacts
- Identify multiple rival priorities and escalate when needed
- Desire to develop deep technical and user expertise in team's product(s)
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile, and a team player with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and a positive shadow aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of technologies such as Word, Excel, and Outlook and a basic understanding of Azure DevOps/TFS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1+ year of experience writing business requirements or equivalent education and/or experience
- 1+ year experience working on an Agile/Scrum Team preferred
- Certified Scrum Master certification required, or ability to obtain within one year of hire

Pay
Annual Salary: $63,500.00 - $85,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
Schedule
Hybrid Schedule: In office minimum 1 day per week
