IT and Legal Technology Manager
About the role
Beacon Hill is seeking a skilled IT professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal IT. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Extra ID/Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Windows laptops, endpoint support, and identify/access management concepts. Experience supporting attorneys or other high-expectation professional users in a service-oriented environment is essential. Troubleshooting common hardware, software, connectivity, printing, conferencing, mobile, and application issues is also required. Coordination with MSPs, technology vendors, telecom providers, cybersecurity providers, or other outsourced IT partners is beneficial. Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, connectivity, printing, conferencing, mobile, and application issues
- Support attorneys or other high-expectation professional users in a service-oriented environment
- Coordinate with MSPs, technology vendors, telecom providers, cybersecurity providers, or other outsourced IT partners
- Experience with legal tech systems such as NetDocuments, Litera, iManage, etc.
- Interest in AI and legal technology innovation and development
Requirements
- 5+ years within legal IT
