Overview
Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, aiming to help patients enjoy therapy and see clear improvements in their health. We prioritize high patient satisfaction and objective outcomes, growing our network since opening our first clinic in 2001.
Common Standards
- Never say anything disrespectful about any group, whether they are formally protected by law or not.
- Do not use language that another member of staff or patient finds offensive.
- No pictures, signs, or the like that a patient or another member of staff finds offensive.
- Do not discriminate in hiring, training, or promotion based on race, religion, national origin, weight, family status, sexual orientation, etc.
- None. Never. Ever.
Responsibilities
Mentorship: Making sure our new grads are mentored is very important to us! Weekly structured mentoring is provided for the first 3 months and can be extended if needed. The mentoring is provided by either the Clinic Director, an experienced PT in the clinic, or a Clinical advisor from another clinic. Each are paid for their time. The new grad and their Clinic Director decide who is the best mentor for them.

Schedule
Hours vary depending on the clinic location and position, but typically range from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
