Responsibilities

• Work alongside full-time employees to gain hands-on experience in one of the following specializations:
  • Carpentry – assist in the form shop fabricating concrete forms and other project components.
  • Welding – repair heavy equipment and fabricate pieces used in heavy highway, bridge, and structural construction.
  • Auto/Equipment Mechanics – maintain and repair company vehicles and specialized construction equipment.
  • Mid-sized Equipment/Electrical – repaint small construction equipment such as generators and pumps.
  • Supply Department – provide tools, supplies, and resources to field operations.
  • Yard – pull, organize, and fill orders for shipment to projects.
• Assume specific project responsibilities and contribute directly to the completion of quality projects.
• Receive structured assignments that increase in challenge and responsibility based on demonstrated abilities.
