Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience through direct involvement in construction projects while earning a paycheck.
• Work alongside full-time employees who provide guidance and training on various tasks.
• Assume specific project responsibilities and contribute directly to the completion of quality projects.
• Experience applicable processes and management methods firsthand under structured supervision.
• Receive work assignments with increasing challenges and responsibility based on demonstrated abilities.
• Develop technically, broaden practical background, and explore personal interests through varied assignments.

Specializations and Divisions

• Carpentry: Assist in the form shop creating concrete forms and other items used on construction projects.
• Welding: Repair heavy equipment and fabricate pieces for heavy highway bridge and structural construction.
• Auto/Equipment Mechanics: Maintain and repair company vehicles and specialized construction equipment.
• Mid-sized Equipment/Electrical: Repaint small construction equipment such as generators and pumps.
• Supply Department: Provide tools, supplies, and resources to field operations.
• Yard: Pull, organize, and fill orders to be shipped to projects.
