Responsibilities
- Tracks and responds to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
- Maintains client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
- Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to clients
- Messes and greets prospects
- Presents and demonstrates inventory
- Remains current with products, market trends, and certifications
- Understands and implements the dealership sales process
- Maintains “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and monthly units
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year auto sales experience required for Internet Sales
- Prompt replies to funneled Internet Leads / Inbound Phone Leads within 5 minutes
- Follow-up with customers during their purchasing process
- Ability to follow lead through the typical purchase funnel out to 90 days
- Reach out to previous and potential customers to make them aware of events/sales
- Strive to be the best by learning your product and the process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
