Tim Moran Ford, a leading dealership in Hemet, California, is seeking a talented and highly motivated Internet Sales Manager to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to drive the dealership’s online presence and connect customers with their dream vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for online customers, responding quickly to inquiries via email, text, and phone.
- Generate excitement by providing detailed information, pricing, and virtual demonstrations of our vehicles.
- Collaborate with our sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless transition for interested buyers.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and new products.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
- A track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with sales platforms like DealerSocket is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
Skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive hourly wage of $16 per hour, paid semi-monthly. Your earning potential is uncapped, with commission based on your sales performance.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the dealership and the customer base.
