Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn to navigate our Drivecentric CRM at a proficient level.
• Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations.
• Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
• Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plans.
• Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

Requirements

• 12 months of Internet Sales experience preferred
• Showed success in auto retail sales
• Confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment
• Enthusiastic personality with a high-energy attitude
• Able to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Valid Sales License
