Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.
- Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
- Aid customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness.
- Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for a proper vehicle demonstration.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within internet sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas and introduce them to the customer.
- Utilize dealership sales process and follow-up system.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Outside internet sales experience is appreciated, but not required
- Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Honesty, Integrity, Commitment, Perseverance, and the will to succeed!
- Skilled in computer and smartphone use
- Lovely of automobiles required!
- Professional appearance
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Applicants must pass pre-employment testing including MVR, and drug screen.
