What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, technical business administration, or a related field with strong academic performance.
• Experience: Internship, co-op, or early professional experience in marketing, sales, service, business development, or related areas.
• Skills: Ability to approach challenges in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way while managing complex topics effectively; proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and take ownership of projects and development opportunities; willingness to relocate and work internationally during the program.

Program Outcome

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a permanent role within TRUMPF based on business needs, individual strengths, and career interests.
