The Emerging Leader Program - Sales Manager Fellow at West Shore Home is a 12-month leadership development initiative for college graduates aiming to become future Sales Managers. This program offers comprehensive exposure to sales, operations, and corporate functions.

About the role

As a Sales Manager Fellow, you will gain full-life cycle business knowledge, execute impactful projects, and prepare for leading a Branch Sales Team. You will engage with various departments including FP&A, Marketing, Consumer Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Complete structured 12-month leadership program to develop end-to-end business acumen and revenue accountability.
  • Successfully graduate Sales Training and execute sales appointments.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of sales leadership and dynamic team management.
  • Participate in operational workflows across installations, warehouse flow, safety, customer lifecycle, and branch-level fulfillment.
  • Engage with corporate support functions such as FP&A, Marketing, Consumer Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Operations.
  • Attend Company trainings, summits, and conferences to gain knowledge and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other business-related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant post-graduate work experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region during the program.
  • Relocation is a required component of this program.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to any West Shore Home branch location upon program completion.
  • Strong leadership aptitude with demonstrated ability to influence, solve problems, and drive measurable results.

Pay

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with travel and schedule flexibility as needed.
