About the role
The Emerging Leader Program - Sales Manager Fellow is a 12-month leadership development program for college graduates aiming to become a Sales Manager at West Shore Home. Participants will gain comprehensive business knowledge, execute impactful projects, and prepare to lead a Branch Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Complete a structured 12-month leadership program to develop end-to-end business acumen and revenue accountability.
- Successfully graduate Sales Training, execute sales appointments, and develop extensive knowledge of leading a dynamic sales team.
- Engage with various departments such as FP&A, Marketing, Consumer Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Operations to understand corporate support functions and financial decision-making.
- Attend Company trainings, summits, and conferences to gain knowledge and insights needed to accelerate at West Shore Home.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or other business-related field.
- 3 years of relevant post-graduate work experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned region during the program.
- Relocation is a required component of this program. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to any West Shore Home branch location upon graduation.
- Strong leadership aptitude with demonstrated ability to influence, solve problems, and drive measurable results.

Pay
- Salary details are competitive and will vary based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM (with travel and schedule flexibility as needed).
