Sales Leadership Rotation Program
About the role
The Emerging Leader Program - Sales Manager Fellow is a 12-month leadership development program designed to accelerate college graduates into a future Sales Manager role within West Shore Home. Participants will gain full life-cycle business knowledge, execute real impact projects, and build readiness to lead a Branch Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Complete a structured 12-month leadership program to develop end-to-end business acumen and revenue accountability.
- Successfully graduate Sales Training, execute sales appointments, and develop extensive knowledge of how to effectively, and impactfully lead a dynamic sales team.
- Engage with FP&A, Marketing, Consumer Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Customer Operations to understand corporate support functions and financial decision-making.
- Attend Company trainings, summits and conferences to gain the knowledge and insight needed to accel at West Shore Home.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or other business-related field.
- 3 years of relevant post-graduate work experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned Division during duration of the program.
- Relocation is a required component of this program. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to any West Shore Home branch location upon graduation from the program.
- Strong leadership aptitude with demonstrated ability to influence, solve problems, and drive measurable results.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.

Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM (with travel and schedule flexibility as needed).
