About the role
Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from taking job briefs to managing offer processes.
Proactive Sourcing: We don't just rely on job postings. We want Recruiters who proactively source talent. You'll focus on outreach, build relationships across networks, and continuously look for new ways to find A-players.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct effective video interviews, assessing skills and behaviors against role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates who align with our values.
Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles, align expectations, provide market insights, and support hiring managers in making confident, high-quality hiring decisions.
Candidate Management: Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a respectful, people-first process for every applicant.
Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes: Feel comfortable giving and receiving feedback to refine our approach by identifying opportunities to streamline, innovate, and elevate our recruitment standards.
Lead & Support Recruitment Initiatives: Support employer branding activities, career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and talent-focused projects that strengthen our pipeline and showcase AMJ as a high-performance, values-driven company.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in 360 recruitment, within an in-house environment.
- Friendly, professional, with strong verbal and written skills; with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Experience with proactive sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Welcome to the Jungle.
- Able to work autonomously, with experience partnering directly with senior leaders.
- Proactive- anticipate needs, spot opportunities, and take initiative.
- Love recruitment- enthusiastic and passionate about recruitment, keeping up to date with the latest trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ATS systems.
