(INTERNAL ONLY) Leadperson

Job Summary

The Leadperson must be able to complete all tasks in the position job description, and the additional tasks identified here. The Leadperson assists in the daily assignment of tasks, performance of tasks, and training of fellow team members. The Lead person will monitor the quality of product/service. Individual must be flexible; possess leadership abilities and good communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Aids in the completion of work activities based on priorities given, uses time efficiently, assists in developing realistic action plans and improves efficiencies
• Maintains accurate production records
• Aids in the training of new employees
• Has good communication skills, verbal and written ability
• Works with support groups in the accomplishment of daily and special tasks
• Assists in identifying and correcting upset conditions
• Maintains safety, quality, and efficiency
• Has knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools that may include SPC application, problem solving, and corrective action
• Keeps commitments; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person
• Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above
• Understand and live by Armtec’s ethics and business conduct policies

• Able to assist in the daily assignment of tasks

Education & Professional Work Experience Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
