Internal Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with peers to execute and scale LaSalle Network’s internal hiring strategy
- Work directly with executive-level hiring managers, with clear accountability for hiring outcomes
- Own full-cycle recruiting for internal roles, from intake through offer and acceptance
- Proactively attract, engage, and assess high-caliber candidates aligned with LaSalle Network’s culture and growth goals
- Operate in a metrics-driven environment, tracking progress against sourcing targets, hiring goals, and quality-of-hire benchmarks
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while moving with urgency and precision
- Play a critical role in fueling company growth by helping us hire the right people faster
Requirements
- Prior experience in at least one of the following: recruiting sales professionals (any industry), recruiting salespeople/recruiters (staffing industry), or working at a staffing agency in general
- Highly motivated, organized, and execution-focused
- Passionate about attracting and engaging talent
- Comfortable being held accountable to clear goals, KPIs, and measurable results
- Confident partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excited to make a direct, visible impact on the success of the business
Compensation & Benefits
Contract Rate: $30-40 per hour

If performance standards are met and you are extended a permanent position, the compensation and benefit details are below.
The base salary range is $60,000-80,000, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
