Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-performing recruiting and sales professionals.
  • Sources, identifies, and engages top talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, career fairs, university partnerships, and other creative recruiting channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage candidates throughout the hiring process from first conversation through offer acceptance.
  • Coincide interviews and facilitate a best-in-class candidate experience.

University & Community Outreach

  • Develop relationships with university career centers, professors, coaches, student organizations, and other talent sources.
  • Represent Inceed at career fairs, networking events, sales competitions, and campus recruiting activities.
  • Deliver presentations to students and emerging professionals about careers in recruiting, sales, and staffing.

Program Leadership

  • Lead Inceed's Summer Internship Program and Externship Program.
  • Coordinate recruiting initiatives designed to build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting strategies, processes, and sourcing channels.

Recruiting Analytics & Strategy

  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring results through our ATS and reporting tools.
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies that support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting experience required; staffing, agency, sales recruiting, or campus recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.
  • Experience using recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and representing an organization in professional settings.
  • Ability to travel periodically for career fairs, campus visits, and recruiting events.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in one of Inceed's office locations.
