Role Overview This position provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated group of patients, aiming to achieve quality healthcare outcomes. It involves performing service functions, effective communication with staff, patients, and guests, and supporting various duties as assigned.

• Assess patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Deliver patient care and support nursing staff as directed.
• Participate in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Enhance clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.
• Complete assigned goals efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role post-graduation.
• Computer literacy.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 14 days of hire.
