Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated patient group, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to developing and implementing a plan of care.Participates in evaluating the effectiveness of the care plan.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.Engages in activities to enhance healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.Completes assigned goals diligently. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the intern role.Computer literacy required.BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
