About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality care. Engages in communication with staff, patients, and visitors, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Delivers patient care and supports nursing staff.
• Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Computer literacy.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
