Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated group of patients, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Acts as a communication link between staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Participates in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.Supports nursing staff with patient care activities.Engages in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Must be computer literate.Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire. This role focuses on supporting patient care through assessment, care plan development, and collaboration with nursing staff, requiring foundational nursing education and basic technical skills.
