Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality care and patient outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Participates in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; maximum 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role from graduation.Computer literacy.BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
