About the Role

This position supports patient care by providing technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. It involves communication with staff, patients, and guests, along with performing various duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients under RN guidance
• Contributing to and implementing care plans
• Participating in activities to improve healthcare delivery
• Building clinical leadership knowledge and engaging in ongoing education
• Providing patient care and supporting nursing staff
• Completing assigned goals

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role
• Computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
