Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a defined group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under the direction of a registered nurse.Contributes to developing and implementing the care plan.Participates in evaluating the effectiveness of the care plan.Provides patient care and supports nursing staff as directed.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals to support patient care and team objectives. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.Computer literacy required.Basic life support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
