Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated patient group to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Assists in developing and implementing patient care plans.Participates in evaluating and improving care delivery.Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks.Engages in activities aimed at enhancing healthcare services.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II category.Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
