Role Overview Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a specific group of patients, supporting quality patient outcomes. Engages in service functions and communication with staff, patients, and visitors, performing additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Contributes to developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff as directed.Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing educational activities.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role post-graduation.Computer literacy required.Minimum licensure requirement: BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
