About the role

This position provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment
• Contribute to care plans
• Implement and evaluate care plans
• Assist nursing staff as needed
• Participate in activities to enhance healthcare delivery
• Build clinical leadership knowledge
• Engage in ongoing educational activities

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the role
• Basic computer literacy
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire

Key Duties

• Assess and help develop and implement patient care plans
• Assist with patient care under RN supervision
• Participate in quality improvement and educational initiatives
• Contribute to clinical knowledge growth and team support
