Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Handles service functions and communication with staff, patients, and guests, performing additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.Provides direct patient care and supports nursing staff.Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.Contributes to clinical leadership growth.Engages in ongoing educational activities and completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Computer literacy required.
