About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a specific group of patients, supporting quality care outcomes. Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to developing and implementing the care plan.
• Evaluates patient progress alongside the RN.
• Delivers patient care and supports nursing staff.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge.
• Engages in ongoing educational activities.
• Completes assigned goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Computer literacy.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
