Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Performs service functions and facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests. Completes other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Contributes to developing and implementing a plan of care.Participates in evaluating the effectiveness of the care plan.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff as directed.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Computer literacy is required; additional training and skills are preferred.
