Role Overview Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to ensure quality outcomes. Acts as a communication link with staff, patients, and guests, performing various service functions and duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients and contributes to developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans under RN supervision.Supports nursing staff in delivering patient care and assisting with clinical tasks.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds knowledge related to clinical leadership and participates in ongoing educational activities.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.Computer literacy.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
