Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated patient group, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to developing a care plan with RN input.Implements and evaluates the care plan as directed.Assists nursing staff with patient care.Participates in activities to enhance healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Computer literacy.Basic life support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
