About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to support quality care outcomes. Engages in service functions and effective communication with staff, patients, and visitors. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Executes and evaluates care plans as directed by RN.
• Supports patient care activities and assists nursing staff.
• Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure.
• Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Computer literacy required; additional training and certifications preferred.
