About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated group of patients, aiming to achieve quality patient outcomes. Facilitates communication among staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Supports patient care and aids nursing staff as directed.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure.
• Maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.

Skills

• Computer literacy required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
