Role Overview

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to ensure quality outcomes. Supports service functions and effective communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Supports development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.
• Computer literacy required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
