About the role

Responsibilities

  • Repair, refurbish, and reinstall interior upholstery components on business aircraft
  • Perform basic to advanced foam build-ups, patterning, and sewing of seat parts and other upholstery items
  • Remove and install seats, disassemble, clean, repair, and modify components as needed
  • Work independently and follow instructions from the Team Leader
  • Communicate effectively (speaking, writing, reading) in English
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license for airline travel and/or a valid passport (ideal but not required)
  • Experience in upholstery in aviation, auto, RV, Marine, or related fields
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Comply with FAA guidelines and company safety rules
  • Customer-oriented work habits
  • Ability to perform minor modifications and maintenance tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Communication skills (speaking, writing, reading) in English
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
