Interim Recruiter

About the Role

The Interim Recruiter will provide full cycle recruiting support across a variety of business functions, helping the organization attract and hire top talent during a busy hiring cycle. This role will partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to manage requisitions, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, operational, and specialized positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Screen and evaluate candidates to determine qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Utilize ATS and recruiting systems to manage candidate activity, documentation, and reporting
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders through proactive communication and follow-through
• Collaborate with talent acquisition team members to support hiring goals and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for a mix of professional, technical, operational, or specialized roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience partnering directly with hiring leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors or similar systems
• Agency recruiting, manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, or technical recruiting experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
