Responsibilities
- Install and service intercom paging systems in commercial and education environments
- Ensure successful outcome of projects
- Oversee and train co-workers
- Work primarily in the field (job sites in Greater Hampton Roads and Richmond)
- Work on ladders and use power tools while adhering to all safety protocols
Requirements
- 3-5 years installing/troubleshooting paging analog and IP paging systems (Valcom is ideal but Bogen, Dukane or equivalent is required)
- Applicable industry trainings
- Familiarity with construction techniques
- Computer and networking experience
- Own basic industry tools
- Reliable vehicle with valid driver license
- Professional appearance with friendly, responsive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be versatile
- Ability to pass background check and become DCJS licensed
- Must have applicable experience OR demonstrate very good motivation to learn
Pay
$25 - $35 per hour
