Intercom Paging Technician

About the role

This position involves installing and servicing intercom paging systems in commercial and educational settings. The technician will oversee and train co-workers on project success.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot paging systems (analog and IP), with Valcom being preferred but Bogen, Dukane, or equivalent systems also acceptable.
• Oversee and train co-workers on project success.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience installing and troubleshooting paging systems (analog and IP).
• Applicable industry certifications.
• Familiarity with construction techniques.
• Basic computer and networking skills.
• Own basic industry tools.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and friendly, responsive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A desire to learn and grow.
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be versatile.
• Pass a background check and obtain DCJS licensing.
• Ability to work on ladders and use power tools safely.
• Applicable experience or strong motivation to learn.
