Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with three to seven years of experience. This position is open in multiple offices, including the virtual office, The Link.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit
• Handle patent litigation cases, particularly those involving electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence
• Develop and present legal strategies and courses of action
• Manage multiple projects and demonstrate exceptional judgment

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state in which you reside or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible
• Excellent academic credentials
• A commitment to the community
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated record of working well under pressure
• Variety of backgrounds, interests, and experience

Qualifications

• Experience in intellectual property litigation
• Background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence

Benefits

• Competitive compensation with a range of $215,000 to $260,000 in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
