About the role
Responsible for developing and managing integrated program plans that align with organizational goals and customer requirements. This includes conducting feasibility studies, preparing detailed project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform program planning
- Developing detailed project plans and timelines
- Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment with program objectives
- Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating progress to senior leadership
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or engineering
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM) preferred
- Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations

Pay
