About the role

Responsible for developing and managing integrated program plans to support project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitors progress against plan and adjusts as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or project planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera P6.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
