About the role
Responsible for developing and managing integrated program plans to support project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitors progress against plan and adjusts as necessary to ensure project success.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or project planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera P6.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
- $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
