Integrated Program Planner - Level 2
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a planning or scheduling capacity (logistics, event planning, educational planning, construction planning/management) or experience in an associated field (e.g. project controls, finance, etc)
- Awareness of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

We have an opportunity for a level 2 Program Planner to join our mission supporting the National Security Space (NSS) Global Communication and Navigation (GCN) team. Summary of Key Duties
- Be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
- Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
- Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management
Desired Skills
- Active Secret security clearance
- Prior experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
- Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting
- Experience delivering leadership project briefings
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a team environment
