About the role
Responsible for planning and implementing integrated programs to ensure project success. Works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute program plans.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes program plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitors progress against plan and adjusts as necessary to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Manages risks and issues related to the program to ensure timely completion.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of project risk management techniques and tools.
