About the role

Responsible for planning and implementing integrated programs to ensure project success. Works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute program plans.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes program plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitors progress against plan and adjusts as necessary to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Manages risks and issues related to the program to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management or related field.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of project risk management techniques and tools.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
