About the role
Responsible for developing and managing integrated program plans that align with organizational goals and customer requirements. This includes conducting feasibility studies, preparing detailed project plans, and coordinating resources across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Conducting feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Managing project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting progress and status updates to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program planning and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or MSP.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in program planning and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain project momentum.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
