THE WORK

This position will support the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program under the Airborne Mission Systems (AMS) submarket. In this role, you'll assist and perform as a program planner establishing and executing the program schedule and business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives. Utilizing applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses. Participate and lead in program and functional meetings that support on-going business performance requirements. Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Implement, maintain, and manage planning products in support of planning processes. Support independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics. Assist with data and process quality assessments of planning products and preparation for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management, as required.

Please Note: Preferred work location is Owego, NY; however, qualified candidates residing in or near Stratford, CT will also be considered.

Who You Are

  • You possess a unique blend of technical skills, including proficiency in Schedule, Baseline, and EVM Management and have experience executing in Open Plan and Microsoft Project.
  • Combined with strong soft skills such as excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders and solve complex program planning challenges.
  • You are a detail oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks, think critically, and have a desire to acquire new skills and expertise to support program planning objectives.
  • A level 3 employee is mid-career and typically has 3+ years of related experience.
