About the role
Responsible for developing and managing integrated program plans that align with organizational goals and customer requirements. This includes conducting feasibility studies, preparing detailed project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

- Conducting feasibility studies and preparing detailed project plans
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational and customer objectives
- Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support program success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program planning and management
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.) preferred
- Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in program planning and management

Pay
- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
